De Klerk Advances to NCAA Men's Tennis Round of 16
Tulsa junior Japie De Klerk became the 11th All-American in men's tennis program history by advancing to the NCAA Singles Championship Round of 16 on Thursday at the Atkins Tennis Center.
De Klerk, ranked No. 42 in the country, rolled Alabama's Jarryd Botha, 6-3, 6-2, to march on to the Sweet 16.
