Orville I. Cox Tennis Center
Built in 1958, the Orville I. Cox Tennis Center is named after a McAllen attorney and former President of the Pan American College Board of Regents. Cox is known as the father of tennis at UTPA for his almost single-handed procurement of the construction of the then $75,000 facilitiy with a cost to Pan American College of only $3,000.
